This skid plate balances function and aesthetics. I’ve had this on my truck for a few weeks now, and I strongly believe it is a must have item for any off road enthusiast or everyday commuter that wants added protection and peace of mind.

The skid plate is built extremely well. This adds a much needed layer of protection under the front bumper to shield the lower portion of the engine and other nearby components. The steel construction will easily deflect any potential hazards while both on and off the road.

The sleek, low-profile styling really helps set this plate apart from some of the others out there, and its unique design is also one of the first options like this to market for the 5th generation Ram 1500s. It seamlessly integrates with the OEM bumper, and it doesn’t look awkward or out of place at all.

Vice Design prioritized user convenience from an installation standpoint. This skid plate fits OEM mounting points perfectly. The installation process is straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools.

Very well designed product

Bought this to install my Auxbeam 6-gang switch panel, and couldn’t be happier with it. Both the under-hood and the in-cab mounts are very well designed, and are made very well. The design made the install a breeze, and the whole setup almost looks factory as a result.

Great design for pulling

These are awesome tow hook mounts, the design is perfect and the fit and finish is better than factory. Super easy install and the are perfect for pulling stuck vehicles from the back.

Perfect for my truck

The item fit perfect. Exactly as described. The video on the product page made the install and setup so much easier. I’m considering putting one into my other vehicle now as well. Love this.

Mounts

First and foremost, I am very happy with the kit. My only gripe is I still have the stock air dam with stock air dam mounts which the new bumper brackets interfere with. Second is the tow hooks. The new bumper brackets do not take into consideration the nut postioners, also the video does not address the reinstall of the tow hooks. Minor issues I was able to solve and again overall very happy with the kit.
