Shipping policy

We design all of our products and packaging so your orders can be received in easy-to-handle boxes delivered directly to your door.

This means your order may ship in multiple boxes. When you receive a tracking number, there may be more than one box associated with the shipment. This means some parts of your order may be delivered before others.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

VICE offers Free DDP (deliver duty paid) Ground Shipping to the Continental United States for orders over $99 in value and $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. Your order value at checkout includes any applicable duty and tariffs. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have nominal shipping fees for delivery.

VICE free and flat rate shipping is typically UPS or FedEx ground, and takes 4-8 days in transit once shipped. All shipments include tracking numbers

Expedited shipping is available for some products, reach out to us at info@vicedesign.ca before or after ordering and we will do our best to arrange an expedited service for an additional fee.

Note that VICE Cannot ship to USA freight forwarders. If you are an international customer looking to ship via a US Freight forwarding service please see our international shipping policy below and reach out for a quote direct to your location.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

VICE offers Free Shipping to most regions in Canada for order over $99 and $15USD flat rate shipping for order under $99. Any sales tax will be collected at checkout.

All Canadian orders ship from Canada, and therefor there are no Duty, Tariffs or border fees.

Expedited shipping is available, reach out to us at info@vicedesign.ca  before or after ordering and we can arrange for expedited service at for an additional fee.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

VICE has pre-calculated rates available for many areas in Australia, if our website is unable to calculate shipping for your address reach out for a quote.

Note that VICE does not collect taxes or cover border fees for Australian shipments. Any import fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

OTHER SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

VICE ships globally. For customers in Europe, the Middle East, or anywhere else on earth, please reach out to info@vicedesign.ca with your address and which products you are interested in for a shipping quote for your specific location.

We reserve the right to re-evaluate shipping charges for remote and rural communities on a case by case basis.
