WHATS INCLUDED?
- All the heavy duty, precision fit brackets required to mount a medium body winch behind your TRX Bumper. This bracket kit is CNC cut and CNC formed before being welded by our skilled crew. The bracket kit is zinc primed and powdercoated in a satin black protective coating.
- Oil Cooler Relocation Bracket. This bracket kit moves your oil cooler from its plastic mount on the backside of the bumper, to a steel one mounted on the sturdy bulkhead of your TRX Frame.
- Hook Anchor Mount
- All required hardware which is graded for strength, and designed for a strait forward installation.

CLUTCH RELOCATION KIT
An industry first option for our bracket kit is our revolutionary Clutch Relocation Kit! Accessing the clutch handle on select WARN or Smittybilt Winches has never been easier! The Clutch handle is positioned directly beside the fairlead on the bumper giving you rapid and safe access to engage or disengage the winch drum.
There are two options for this:
The WARN VR EVO fits Warn VR EVO PN 103255, 103254, 103253 and 103252
The Smittybilt X20 fits the GEN3 X20 Winches PN 98812 and 98810
CONTROL BOX RELOCATION KIT
Want the upmost reliability? Don't forget to add the Control Box Relocation Kit. This kit we build moves the brain box of the winch into the engine bay of your truck. This has multiple advantages. Firstly - this makes plugging in your winch controller very easy and safe. Simply pop your hood and plug it in. Secondly - the control box is the least waterproof and most likely part to cause your winch to fail. Moving it to the top of the engine bay keeps the contactors and electrical connections away from submersion in water, mud and road grime. Bolt-on kits currently available for WARN VR EVO and SMITTYBILT X20 Gen2 Winches.
BUMPER GRILL INSERT
We sell a replacement insert designed for customers who do not wish to cut the Bumpers' Factory Plastic insert. This Part bolts into the bumper using existing slots and fasteners.
This replacement part is made from stainless steel and powder coated a satin textured black which matches the plastic part it replaces.

This mounting kit is designed to work with all configurations of 2021 - 2024 RAM TRX trucks.
This hidden winch mount is designed to work with Synthetic Rope winches that come with Hawse fairleads (Roller systems not compatible without custom fabrication. If you’re set on using steel cable, Warn sells a compatible Steel Hawse Fairlead (PN WARN 73850)

The TRX Hidden Winch kit installs just like our proven 2019-2022 RAM Rebel Kit, which is highlighted in the following detailed instructional video below. In addition to this, additional steps include the relocation of a oil cooler using our easy to install bracket (included), and new skid plate mounts (also included in this kit)

The kit mostly works but severely lacks in the details. The printed instructions I got were printed on a printer that clearly was missing one color making the pictures completely unusable. I found the online PDF but the doc is full of typos, errors, and missing references.
The kit itself is good but not great. The bumper insert is not perfectly even and has extra holes that do not line up with anything. The skid plate mounting brackets are now much more difficult to operate and could have benefited from a captive or welded but.
Overall it works OK but I can’t say I would recommend it to anyone else until VICE decides to take it a bit more seriously.
