Perfect fit, OEM connection and great quality. Kit fits perfectly a Ram Rebel GT 2023. Reverse lighting is now more than adequate. ViceDesign crew is always helpful with any installation questions. Highly recommend.
After over 3 weeks for the lights to arrive, I go to fit them and can’t because there are washers missing and the brackets that hold the light, they sent me two of the same side! If you were looking at the lights stood behind the truck, they sent me two left side brackets. So frustrating! 😡 I have one star because if I can’t even fit them I can’t tell you what they are like. So I can only rate the fitting part. Quinton from Vice reached out to me and very quickly and professionally resolved the issue. So I modified my initial review to reflect the amazing customer service. Sometimes mistakes happen but it’s how a company resolve it that makes all the difference. Quinton and Vice stepped up and went above and beyond. Thank you.
Love the lights, fit, finish and brightness are great. It’s like having a set of mini headlights on the back. However, on the initial unpacking, the instructions leave a little bit desired. Took me a few minutes to figure out that the hardware that comes in the light bar boxes gets discarded and all the hardware you need is in a separate bag. Other than that, great product and I can see everything when I back up!!! 👍👍👍

The wiring/harness, bracket, and lights are great. Felt the process order to receipt was a bit lengthy, but that's how shipping can be sometimes. The real issue was with the hardware. I didn't receive any hardware for mounting the bracket to the hitch so I had to go to the store for that. I didn't check the hardware for the lights, but that didn't work either. Apparently Speed Demon (lighting manufacturer/supplier) changed it out, which Vice knew about, but no remedy was put in place. So another trip to the store. I basically makeshifted the setup, which is a drag for how much this kit cost and what the company states is an easy 30-minute install.
One thing I would change is the bracket. I wish each light had a bit of an outward tilt to cover more of the corners, sides. The lights are definitely bright and do their job, I just wish the spread was wider. I suppose I could bend the bracket a bit myself...

Following the Christmas holidays we priority shipped out a full hardware package, after refunding $25 for the inconvenience of having to source it yourself.
We do try to put the customer first, unfortunately we fell short of giving you the experience we would have liked which was made more challenging as it all happened over Christmas.
